Quick answers to common questions about using Vibe.

Events

How do I find events near me?
Visit the Discover page and browse upcoming events. You can filter by genre, date, and location. If you allow location access, we will automatically show events closest to you first.
Can I save events I am interested in?
Yes. Tap the heart icon on any event card to save it to your Saved Events list. You will need to be signed in to use this feature. We do not currently send reminders for saved events, but that is on our roadmap.
How do event organizers list events on Vibe?
Event organizers with a tenant admin or platform admin role can create events through the Admin Panel. From there, they can set ticket tiers, add lineup details, upload cover images, and publish the event when it is ready.
What types of events are on Vibe?
Vibe focuses on live music -- concerts, DJ sets, rap shows, hip-hop events, electronic music, and more. We are based in Seattle and currently feature events primarily in the Pacific Northwest, with plans to expand.

Tickets

How do I purchase tickets?
Navigate to the event page and select the ticket tier you want. Click Purchase, and you will be taken to a secure checkout powered by Stripe. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay / Google Pay where supported.
Where do I find my tickets after purchase?
Your tickets are available in the My Tickets section of your account. Each ticket includes a unique QR code that will be scanned at the venue for entry. You can also access your tickets from the confirmation email sent after purchase.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Open My Tickets, tap Transfer ticket on the ticket you want to send, and enter the recipient's email. The recipient must already have a FindVibe account. Once you confirm, the ticket is reassigned, a new QR code is issued, and your copy is invalidated. Transfers close one hour before the event starts.
Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy?
Ticket limits are set by each event organizer. Some events may limit purchases to a certain number per person to ensure fair access. The limit, if any, will be shown on the event page.

Accounts

How do I create an account?
Click Sign In from the header and then Register. You can create an account with your email address or sign in instantly with your Google account. Registration is free.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can request account deletion from your Profile settings or by contacting support@findvibes.com. We will process your request within 30 days. Some data, such as transaction records, may be retained as required by law.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to your Profile page from the user menu in the header. From there, you can update your display name, email, and profile picture.

Scanning & Check-in

How does QR code entry work?
When you arrive at the event, show the QR code from your My Tickets page to the staff at the door. They will scan it with the Vibe scanning tool to verify your ticket and check you in. Each QR code can only be scanned once.
What if my QR code does not scan?
Make sure your screen brightness is turned up and the QR code is fully visible. If it still does not work, the event staff can look up your ticket by name or email. Contact the event staff or reach out to support@findvibes.com for help.
Can I use a screenshot of my QR code?
Yes, a screenshot of your QR code will work for scanning. However, we recommend using the live ticket page in the app to ensure you always have the most up-to-date version.

Refunds

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?
Refund policies are set by each event organizer and are displayed on the event page. Some organizers allow refunds up to a certain date before the event, while others have a no-refund policy. Check the event details before purchasing.
What happens if an event is canceled?
If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We will notify you via email as soon as a cancellation is confirmed.
What if an event is postponed?
If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement by contacting support@findvibes.com.
How long does a refund take to process?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
Are service fees refundable?
Service fees are non-refundable for voluntary cancellations. If an event is canceled by the organizer, service fees are included in the full refund.
